Over the years we have become experts in pasta (even if we do say so ourselves!). For our traditional wheat pasta we source the finest Durum Wheat semolina especially selected for artisan production. We combine this with Irish organic eggs to make a pasta that has a soft, light texture and is full of flavour.
Noodle House pasta is made fresh everyday and to add gorgeous colour and subtle flavor we use organic spinach, tomato, beetroot and even squid ink! Our special production process allows us to preserve more nutrients and the pasta you get is perfectly cooked in just 3-5 minutes.
