Our Pasta Sauces
The Noodle House sauces were a natural addition to our range of pastas. People were forever asking us “why don’t you make sauces?”and finally we got around to it! Ingrid developed her own recipes - five to be exact - and these are always cooked in small batches to ensure quality and taste. Each sauce is a blend of fresh vegetables and our own unique combination of tantalizing spices.

Marinara
This is one of our best sellers and something for all the garlic lovers out there. It’s a blend of fresh tomato passata, lovely vegetables, herbs and spices and garlic of course!

Arrabiata
We have a delectable Arrabiata sauce which is infused with chilli for those of us who like a little spice.

Ratatouille
This is a mélange of gorgeous vegetables like courgettes, aubergines and peppers in a tasty sun ripened tomato base. Delicious!

Simple but very tasty with a mixture of herbs. Kids love it and it’s great used as a pizza base too.

Sweet and Sour
Sweet and Sour you may think doesn’t go with pasta but we recommend you try it with our Angel’s Hair pasta in a stir fry. It’s so tasty!
